W.A. Westmoreland

Mr. Westmoreland  is the founder and CEO of TMSQUARED  INC. established in 1996.Mr.Westmoreland began his oil & gas endeavors in1989  he  has over 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry from field operations to sales and marketing. Previously, Mr. Westmoreland was a Founder and President of a publically traded, small-cap E&P company, where he managed field operations ,  business development and  capital funding. During Mr. Westmorland ‘s tenure at Transcoastal  he was founder of Transcoastal’s  operating company Coreterra Operating and also founder of Transcoastal Partners it’s capital funding arm of Transcoastal.

Previously, Mr. Westmoreland had worked at Cambridge Financial as a Senior Vice President where he received his Series 7 and assisted with equity capital raising both debt and/or equity for emerging growth companies.  Additionally, Mr. Westmoreland had been a Vice President for operations with an independent oil and gas company out of Dallas, Texas, for six years before joining Cambridge.

Andy attended Ranger Junior College 1980 and transferred to Texas Lutheran University in 1981 during his tenure, he concentrated his studies in business management. After college he played Professional Baseball

Reed Macy

Mr. Macy has over 10 years of professional experience in finance, including deep experience in both energy private equity and portfolio management and has been working with Mr. Westmoreland for the past two (2) years at Seahorse-Sqared. Previously, Mr. Macy ran the E&P practice as a Managing Director at Headwaters MB, a middle-market investment bank. Before joining Headwaters, he managed the deal review, analytics and structuring for SourceRock an energy consulting and advisory firm, where he was a Partner. Mr. Macy was a former Vice President for Parallel Resource Partners, an energy private equity firm that specialized in distressed equity and debt investments in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Parallel Resource Partners, Mr. Macy was a Vice President at Carlson Capital and worked with the firm’s private equity, directional credit and long/short equity portfolio management team. Prior to joining Carlson Capital, Mr. Macy worked as an associate for TPH Partners in 2009. TPH Partners is a Houston-based energy private equity group affiliated with Tudor Pickering & Holt, which is a leading oil and gas focused investment banking firm. At Tudor Pickering, Mr. Macy held a joint role of coordinating and co-managing the fund’s capital raising process, as well as running investment analytics for potential deals across the small cap E&P midstream and service sectors. From 2007 through 2008, Mr. Macy worked at Goldman Sachs E&P Capital, the principal energy investment group within the firm, where he sourced, performed due diligence, analyzed and later monitored numerous energy investments, including debt, equity and convertible structures. Mr. Macy began his career in mid-2004 in the Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management division, where he managed and executed public security transactions and performed portfolio analytics for a team with over $2.5 billion in assets under management. Mr. Macy earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rice University and is a CFA Charterholder

James T Scherer

Marketing Consultant 

15 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry ranging from construction, operations, sales, transportation and management. 

 

Mr. Scherer started his career in oil and gas after being affected by hurricane Katrina while living in New Orleans. Mr. Scherer’s career spans over 15 years with the majority of the time spent learning from the ground up. The first 7 years of Mr. Scherer’s career was spent in the field working hand in hand with industry professionals. After gaining the much needed Field Training, Mr. Scherer was brought into the office to train and sell field services. Almost 5 years ago Mr. Scherer made the decision to move up to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to continue his career with a new company where he trained a new breed of field and office personnel and moved into a sales and marketing role. In January of 2016, Mr. Scherer struck out on his own and formed Cajun Resources, Inc. which works directly with field personnel and other entities to ensure the production of leases both for himself and potential partners.

Donn Campbell

Operations and Completions Consultant

Mr. Campbell has spent his entire career in the oil and gas industry with 35 plus years of diversified experience in the field.  For the last 15 years, he has provided consulting services to private and publicly held oil and gas companies in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico and North Dakota.  Mr. Campbell’s services have included drilling, vertical and horizontal; hybore, slick water and nitrogen frac; completions, vertical and horizontal; production; construction; coil tubing; service company management; workover rig; NCO2 injection; soil and water remediation; compliance and organization on both state and federal levels; safety and boring.  For two separate publicly traded companies, Mr. Campbell managed their entire North Dakota production and completion operations.  Taking one startup from zero barrels to 9,000 barrels in a year and a half.  Prior to consulting, he operated and produced oil and gas production in Oklahoma and Texas, and he began his career with ownership in a drilling company which drilled over 250 wells in Oklahoma.
